Waltham Land Trust event: Wednesday, June 21st, 6 PM - Eat Wild Walk with Russ Cohen in Prospect Hill Park. Waltham is home to over one hundred species of edible wild plants. Join foraging expert Russ Cohen, author of the book Wild Plants I Have Known and Eaten, who will provide keys to the identification of each species, information on edible portion(s), season(s) of availability and preparation method(s), and guidelines for safe and environmentally-responsible foraging.
